The hotel was efficient, and clean, and the location was unbelievable next to underground stop. Liked the fact that check-in was fast. They offered ironing at no cost too.

i didn't want to leave and would love to go back. everything was great, amazing location near times square, the staff were really kind. i enjoyed my breakfast experience, they served delicious food. cool & fantastic unit with a wonderful view, great views, for example. a gym was a big bonus too.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel was fabulous, it had unbeatable location right near the subway stop as as well. The breakfast was tasty and for the price, reasonably priced.

Reasonably large room, fairly clean and suitable hotel. Service there was impeccable, the staff was customer focused! Spacious beds, ipad, blinds and closet space in the room. I liked the Japanese cuisine served here. Early check in and easy check out.
